Anritsu 37269B Vector Network Analyzer

The Anritsu 37269B is a portable Microwave Vector Network Analyzer. It provides error-free S-parameter measurements. It can test passive devices in the 40 MHz to 40 GHz range. The Anritsu 37269B Vector Network Analyzer consists of a tuned receiver, an auto-reversing S-parameter test set, and a synthesized source; all three devices are combined into a single package. Thus, it’s well suited for bench-top testing.

The Anritsu 37269B uses 12-term error corrected sweeps. The system can also perform fast GPIB data transfers and so it can take quick measurements. You can view the results in its inbuilt, large colored LCD display, or you can attach an external VGA monitor. In fact, you can connect as many as 4 VGA monitors to the device. Thus, you get 4 independent measurement channels with the Anritsu 37269B Vector Network Analyzer.

The Anritsu 37269B can perform forward sweeps and reverse sweeps without having the need to reverse the test device physically. You can set the ratio of forward sweeps to reverse sweeps to any value from 1:1 to 10000:1.

With the Anritsu 37269B, you can easily calibrate counters and power meters. The device has five automatic internal hardware field calibration settings. The results of the calibrations are stored in the device’s internal RAM. The Anritsu 37269B Network Analyzer also has an internal service log. A unique feature of this device is that it can keep track of its own operation. If there are any problems in its operation an error message is displayed on the screen. Also, all details of the problem are written to the service log. You can check the service log at any time. The service log and the calibration results are stored in battery-backed memory.
