Anritsu Lightning 37347E Vector Network Analyzer

The Anritsu 37347E is a Two-Port Vector Network Analyzer with an ability to cover the 40 MHz to 20 GHz range. Unlike its predecessors from the same 37000E family, this model is designed for both the active and passive component test applications. The Anritsu 37347E can also be used for measurements in High-Speed Time Domain by coupling with option 2A. Not only this, but there are multiple upgrade paths available as well.

This model is an efficient one for the measurement of complex transmission and reflection properties in the frequency domain for devices with two-ports. The Anritsu 37347E utilizes frequency sources (synthesized) to provide a predefined test impetus that can sweep across a range of power levels or frequencies. This analyzer can also perform ratioed measurements, which involves the requirement of multiple receivers. The Anritsu 37347E is a powerful analyzer and can provide you with a wealth of information about any device under test (DUT). With this instrument, it won’t be an issue for you to find parameters like magnitude, group-delay response, and phase, etc.

This model also comes with an incorporated embedding/de-embedding feature where de-embedding is used for removal of S2P networks and other test fixture contributions from measurements. The same de-embedding is also used for VNA calibration during the testing of O/E and E/O devices. It can be applied, stored, and used later for future measurements. The Anritsu 37347E comes with a 25 Pin Parallel port for printer installation, a serial port for +5V TTL Control Signals, and External I/O to connect external or optional test sets.
