Anritsu MT9083B2 ACCESS Master

The Anritsu ACCESS Master MT9083B2 is intended to make your estimation experience simple and mistake free with single-button fault location, pass/fail classification, computerized file storage and naming, and even a macro-curve detection highlight to distinguish installation issues. This model offers different wavelengths and options to fulfill any prerequisite of system tests: access or metropolitan, FTTx or LAN ... all without debilitating your financial plan.

This model offers a Sort function that enables you to change the request in which files are recorded in mass storage (records saved to the instrument’s memory or to a USB memory stick). Files can be sorted by type (Name or Time/Date) in rising or descending request. In Construction Mode, this instrument simplifies and mechanizes the testing required when introducing fiber. This mode is utilized when numerous fibers in a cable need to be tested and archived before deployment. Setups for the OTDR (Construction) mode are accessed by means of the Setup key. This section enables you to alter the preferences and parameters for information collection or a series of collections.

This model has a large 7-inch, high resolution 800 x 400 display with an LED backlight, the battery operation time is up to 12 hours, and the wide operating temperature range goes from - 10°C to 50°C.  This model weighs just 2.6 kg (5.7lbs), has a password protection feature to foil theft, a new fiber visualizer that offers easy graphical summary and PDF reporting, and an automated connector PASS/FAIL based on IEC 61300-3-35.
