Hioki BT3554 Battery Tester

The Hioki BT3554/3554 is a portable battery tester and data logger designed to cover a broad voltage measurement range from ± 6 V to ± 60 V and a resistance measurement range from 3 mΩ to 3Ω. The Hioki BT3554/3554 Battery Tester offers efficient maintenance support for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) batteries via quick, simple, and accurate testing. The Hioki BT3554/3554 accurately measures the internal resistance of the battery to provide the user with a correct condition diagnosis.

The Hioki BT3554/3554 is suitable for testing different types of batteries, such as Lithium-ion, Ni-Cd, and Lead Acid batteries. With this model, the user can proceed with the testing of batteries without having them removed from their respective systems. This model features a four terminal testing system via specially and specially designed test probes. This battery tester also features a compare function that can be used for comparison of acquired readings to permissible values settled by the user.

The Hioki BT3554/3554 Battery Tester offers an auto-hold and auto-data storage function that can be used to store as many as 4800 datasets into 12 different groups of 400 to cover UPS battery banks. This model comes with a USB based communication interface as well. Thus, the user can connect the model to their personal computer to download test results from the Hioki BT3554/3554 to a PC in spreadsheets. This model weighs around 790 g with batteries. It is supplied with a carrying case, USB lead, and Data Management PC software.
