Tektronix RSA5106B Spectrum Analyzer

Designed to operate in 1 Hz-6.2 GHz frequency domain, the Tektronix RSA5106B is a Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer. The outstanding features make this model an elegant solution that can replace conventional instruments. The RSA5106B offers the best minimum signal duration and real-time dynamic range compared to other industry leading real-time characteristics. To distinguish between infrequent events vs. continuous signals and to trigger on single occupancy as narrow as 0.434 μs in the frequency domain, this model incorporates DPX Density™ technology. The DPX provides lag-free spectral recording with additional functions such as analysis and replay. The high dynamic range options provide unmatched 80 dBc spurious-free analysis in the broadest acquisition bandwidth.

The Tektronix RSA5106B comes equipped with a high quality, 10.4" touch panel. It has a set of USB 2.0 ports provided on its front panel. A BNC, 50 Ω/5 kΩ impedance (nominal) connector and a BNC with output current 1 mA (LVTTL) for trigger in and trigger out respectively are also there on the front panel. Whereas, this instrument`s rear panel contains 50 Ω, BNC 10 MHz REF OUT, 50 Ω, 10 MHz External REF IN, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, 1 x VGA compatible 15 DSUB video output port, 1 x 3.5 mm headphone jack, 1 x RJ45, and 1 x GPIB interface.

This instrument features a complete toolset of signal and statistics measurements as well. It can be used for Occupied Bandwidth, Spurious measurements, and AM/FM/PM as well. In addition, it also offers regular modulation analysis and available phase noise measurements.
