Tektronix TLA601 Logic Analyzer

The Tektronix TLA601 is a 34 Channel 2 Clock Logic Analyzer designed for measuring the performance of digital hardware verification and debugging on a real-time basis. It is an affordable, entry-level logic analyzer, which is suitable for general purpose state/timing analysis. The TLA601 like other TLA60x Logic Analyzers utilize an external display because they do not come with an integrated one.

The Tektronix TLA601 is appreciated for its broad range of logic analysis functions. Its capabilities include simultaneous state and hi-speed timing analysis, identification of elusive hardware faults, and complex problems. This model also offers up to 200 MHz State Acquisition Analysis of Synchronous type Digital Circuits.

The Tektronix TLA601 supports 16 independent Trigger States, 8 Number of Events per If/then Clause, 16 If/then Clauses per state, and 8 Number of Actions (Max) per If/then Clause. It has 1 Transition Recognizer, 16 Word Recognizers, 4 Range Recognizers, and 2 Counters/Timers.

The TLA601 comes with robust performance characteristics. This Logic Analyzer offers DC to 250 MHz Trigger Sequence Rate, 250 MHz (4 ns) Time Clock Rate and requires no Time Latency – testing can be done immediately after starting.  As far as its trigger action types are concerned, the TLA601 offers a comprehensive range that includes, Start/Stop Timer, Reset Counter, Store/Don`t Store, Trigger Module, Trigger All, Go-to State, etc.
