Tektronix TLA6202 Logic Analyzer

Featured with a built-in PC, 68 Channels, and 2 Mb (standard) record length, the TLA6202 is a Logic Analyzer from the TLA6000 Series by Tektronix. This model comes equipped with a comprehensive range of signal debug tools, including: glitch trigger, iCapture, iView, etc. The iView function incorporated in this Logic Analyzer allows the user to see a time-correlated analog and digital display of their data, letting them track signal integrity related issues across both analog and digital domains.

The Tektronix TLA6202 features patented 8 GHz MagniVu technology to measure timing relationships accurately. With this model, the user can capture on busses with up to 800 MHz clock rate and up to 1.5 Gb/s data rates. This Logic Analyzer is PC-based, with a 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 installed. The 1 GB DDR2 memory available keeps the unit operating seamlessly. To provide the user with almost unlimited storage space, there is a 7200 RPM, 3.5 in., ≥80 GB Serial ATA removable hard drive provided as well.

The TLA6202 features one DVI-I port and one VGA connector; thus, connecting an external display device will not be an issue. As far as this Logic Analyzer`s networking capabilities are concerned, it has two 10/100/1000 LAN ports with RJ-45 connectors. Therefore, the user can have this instrument connected and operating in conjunction with other instruments over LAN. The Tektronix TLA6202 is one of the few Logic Analyzers available in the market with a massive 15 inch, color display. The expansive display allows the user to navigate their data with ease.
