The MF2413C is an efficient microwave frequency counter from Anritsu. The instrument comes with two input channels. This model has a frequency range from 600 MHz to 27 GHz for input channel 1. The frequency range for input channel 2 is 10 MHz to 1 GHz at the impedance level of 50 Ohms. It is 10 Hz to 10 MHz at the impedance level of 1 mega-ohms.
