The Fluke 199C ScopeMeter has the Connect-and-View highlight that permits the instrument of estimation to naturally display complex signals. This capacity improves the position, rank, base ties and shot, while guaranteeing a presentation stable enough for virtually any waveform. If the signal changes, the settings will be adjusted automatically to keep up a presentation optimum. This capacity is particularly helpful for quickly checking distinctive signals. The measuring instrument permits a wide assortment of programmed oscilloscopic estimations. The user can display two numerical readings: READING 1 and READING 2. These readings are selectable and estimations can be made in the waveform of Input A or Input B.

The Fluke 199C includes a visualization of fast transients, which can be utilized to view events (quick transients or different asynchronous waveforms) of 50 ns (nanoseconds) or more, or envision the regulated waveforms of HF.  By choosing the 2 mV/div run, the identification of quick transients in the range of 2 mV/div can enact the detection of quick transients.

 This unit also works with noisy waveforms. To suppress the high frequency noise (HF) of the waveforms, the user can restrict the data transmission of service at 10 kHz or 20 MHz. This capacity relaxes the state of the shown wave. For a similar reason, it enhances the shot on the waveform. By adding, subtracting, or multiplying the waveform of the entries A and B, the measuring instrument might introduce the waveform of the mathematical result and the types of wave of sources for inputs A and B. A versus B will create a graph with the input A on the axis vertical and the entrance B on the horizontal axis.
