Tektronix THM565 Handheld Multimeter

Featured with 5 MHz bandwidth and 3.75 digital LCD, the THM565 is a Handheld Multimeter from Tektronix. This true RMS auto-ranging scope comes with an ability to display waveforms. The user can generate a waveform display by simply pressing a button. The THM565 can be used for the measurement of AD/DC current, true rms AC/DC, continuity checking, resistance tests, and diode testing as well. This Multimeter has 400 Ohms to 40 M-Ohms resistance range, 400 mV to 600 V AC voltage range, 0.5 % accuracy, and 400 mV to 850 VDC voltage range.

The THM565 features basic as well as advanced oscilloscope functions and measures up to 5 MHz signals. Moreover, this model also offers various special triggering features. The DMM portion of this instruments includes: a hold feature, MIN and MAX readouts, and AC & DC measurements through the optional current probe. However, the oscilloscope part of the Tektronix THM 565 has an auto-ranging facility that entirely automates operation. The user can always switch to manual mode when required by choosing any control. In manual mode, the user can specify various oscilloscope operations, including: triggering, coupling, and acquisition modes.

The THM565 comes equipped with an internal memory that can be used to store settings, displays, and waveforms. In addition, users can automate test procedures, recall settings, store screens and waveforms. Later, the data stored on the integrated memory of the user’s instruments can easily be transferred to their personal computer by means of a communications adapter (optional).
