Keysight Technologies M9391A PXIe Vector Signal Analyzer

The M9391A is a 1 MHz to 6 GHz PXIe Vector Signal Analyzer from Keysight Technologies. This model has a modular build and it is capable of analyzing frequencies with up to 160 MHz analysis bandwidth. The Keysight M9391A consists of four PXI modules: M9241A digitizer, M9350A downconverter, M9300A frequency reference, and M9301A synthesizer. To minimize footprint, the one frequency reference incorporated in this model can be shared between several instruments. The frequency reference module has five SMB snap-on type connectors and can generate up to 100 MHz reference outputs.
