Keysight M9214A PXIe IF Digitizer

The M9214A is a PXIe IF Digitizer. The M9214A is created as a single PXIe slot module. The M9214A Digitizer has been designed by Agilent/HP/Keysight Technologies. The Keysight M9214A PXIe Digitizer takes IF frequencies as inputs. The M9214A PXIe Digitizer is used in the M9393A PXIe Performance Vector Signal Analyzer or M9391A PXIe Vector Signal Analyzer. The M9391A also includes the following PXIe modules: the M9300A Frequency Reference, M9301A Synthesizer, and M9350A Downconverter. The M9391A can also be combined with the M9381A Vector Signal Generator for a quick, small RF component test solution.

The M9214A PXIe IF Digitizer is built with multiple components. These components include an analog-to-digital converter, an FPGA controller, and RAM. The Keysight M9214A PXIe IF Digitizer also features a clock generator and signal conditioning instruments. The M9214A Digitizer has a warm-up time of 30 minutes. When the Keysight M9214A is used in the M9393A PXIe Performance Vector Signal Analyzer, the other PXIe modules utilized include the M9308A Synthesizer, M9365A Downconverter, and M9300A Frequency Reference.

The M9214A PXIe IF Digitizer is assembled with 8.26 in. x 0.87 in. x 5.11 in. dimensions. The power drawn from the chassis for the Keysight M9214A PXIe IF Digitizer is ≤ 35 Watts. The M9214A Digitizer is fabricated with a weight of only 1 lb. The M9214A PXIe Digitizer must be operated in an environment where the temperature range should be 0 to 55 °C.
