NI CC5002X Oscilloscope Probe

The CC5002X (Part Number: 786848-01) is a 500 A, 2 MHz current Oscilloscope Probe. This Oscilloscope Probe offers straightforward connectivity to measuring instruments that support connectivity through BNC. The CC5002X is a clamp-on Oscilloscope Probe that enables users to take precise measurements quickly. The maximum continuous current input range of this Oscilloscope Probe is 500A that is tested to withstand a maximum peak current of 700 A.
