National Instruments SMB-2145 Digital I/O Accessory

Designed for use with the NI-5752 FlexRIO Digitizer Adapter Module, the NI SMB-2145 (Part Number: 781516-01) is a shielded, Digital I/O Accessory. This accessory has 16 single-ended) analog input channels. Each of these channels can be accessed through an independent SMB connector. There is also one 68-pin VHDCI connector, one banana-style connector, and 16 SMB jack connectors. The VHDCI connector on this Digital I/O Accessory routes each analog signal to the module through a cabled connection. 

The NI SMB-2145 is often used with the NI SMB-2146 because the NI-5752 contains 2 digital input and 16 digital output channels as well. Two SMB-2145 units are required for full coverage of the 32 analog input channels of the NI-5752, along with redundant, shielded cables. The National Instruments SMB-2145 Digital I/O Accessory is a shielded accessory intended to be used with shielded cables. However, you can connect the shield lug to the earthing or grounding network.
