NI SP200B Oscilloscope Probe

The SP200B (Part Number: 780284-01) is a Single-Ended Oscilloscope Probe from National Instruments. This standard passive Oscilloscope Probe is switchable and can be used for measurement and testing in different configurations. The SP200B is rated to operate within the range of ±60 V and can be operated at either 10 X or 1 X attenuation setting. When set to operate in the 1 X setting, this Oscilloscope Probe can sample at 6 MHz analog bandwidth. An analog bandwidth of up to 200 MHz is achievable in the 10 X setting.

The BNC instrument-side connector of the SP200B Oscilloscope Probe can easily be plugged into the BNC connector of the relevant oscilloscope. With this Oscilloscope Probe, you will be able to measure data signals and voice signals. Moreover, the SP200B can be considered for waveform, logic signals, and control circuit tests.
