NI SP500C Oscilloscope Probe

Designed to offer 100 X attenuation (100:1 dividing ratio), the SP500C (Part Number: 783630-01) is an Oscilloscope Probe. This passive Oscilloscope Probe can work over a wide voltage range of -300 to +300 V. It is also called a Multi-Contact Isoprobe. The SP500C is considered a standard passive probe to be used with 1 mega-ohm input impedance oscilloscopes. The operating or measuring frequency range of this Oscilloscope Probe is DC to 500 MHz. The SP500C operates with an input capacitance of 4.6 pF.

The SP500C offers up to CAT IV measurements. You can employ this Oscilloscope Probe to take measurements on a variety of sources if the voltage difference between the sources and the earth is <1000 Volts. The SP500C is a flexible Oscilloscope Probe that comes with a fixed BNC frontend connector. The source side of this Oscilloscope Probe is designed to mate with a variety of measurement accessories, such as hook and crocodile clips and reference leads, etc.
