National Instruments PXIe-6739 Analog Output Module

The PXIe-6739 (Part Number: 783801-01) is a high density PXI Analog Output Module from National Instruments that features 16 bits of resolution. Equipped with 64 analog output channels with a maximum update rate of 1 MS/s per channel, the AO voltage range of the NI PXIe-6739 measures -10 V to 10 V. The module is capable of organizing 20 digital I/O lines with identical channel settings, to be seen as a bus. Additionally, the device has two useful modes—bus filtering and line filtering—that may be used with different types of lines. Designed for high density applications such as open-loop simulations and stimulus-response testing, the NI PXIe-6739 is an excellent choice for test and measurement scenarios of all sizes.

The NI PXIe-6739 is compatible with National Instruments NI-DAQmx driver software, which provides the module with software packages such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement Studio, Visual Basic, and ANSI C. By utilizing the NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) tool, the PXIe-6739 is capable of self-calibration after a warm up time of 15 minutes.

The operating temperature range of the NI PXIe-6739 spans from 0 to 55 °C with a noncondensing relative humidity range of 10 to 90%. When in storage, the device has a much wider temperature range of –40 to 71 °C with a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% (also noncondensing). The physical dimensions of the PXIe-6739 measure 16 cm × 10 cm (6.3 in. × 3.9 in.) and it weighs 173 g (6.1 oz). It features two 68-pin VHDCI connectors for I/O connectivity.
