Active Technologies/National Instruments AT-1120 Signal Generator Adapter Module

The AT-1120 (Part Number: 782248-01) is a 1-Channel, 800 MHz, 14-bit Signal Generator Adapter Module. This module is designed to be used with National Instruments FlexRIO FPGA modules. The AT-1120 can acquire samples at 2 GS/s rate while operating in simultaneous mode. This module supports DC-coupled, single-ended inputs and is considered a preferred choice for applications where complex signal generation is required, such as RF stimuli and digital modulation. This module comes with two channels. Each channel can be operated at a user-configured sample rate. 

The AT-1120 is an accessory that can only be used with a compatible FlexRIO FPGA module because it cannot be used as a standalone device. This module comes equipped with an integrated clock generator that supplies the 2 GHz clock to the digital-to-analog converter. This FlexRIO module offers 14-bit vertical resolution and has the capability of generating high-performance analog waveforms. Thus, it can be considered for applications where resolution, quality, and speed are an issue.

The NI AT-1120 can be programmed through the graphical user interface of the National Instruments LabVIEW FPGA. This module is designed to operate with the least possible harmonic distortion and supports DDS and arbitrary mode.
