National Instruments USB-9233 Analog Input Device

The NI USB-9233 (Part Number: 779365-01) data acquisition device delivers a USB interface to four channels of 24-bit analog inputs with integrated signal conditioning. The NI USB-9233 has two parts: an NI 9233 module and a NI USB-9162 carrier. The NI USB-9233 also has four BNC connectors that provide connections with four simultaneously-sampled analog input channels. Each channel has a BNC connector to which the user can interface an incorporated electronic piezoelectric (IEPE) sensor. The center pin of the connector, AI+, gives the DC excitation and AC signal association. The shell of the connector, AI–, gives the excitation return way and AC signal ground reference.

The NI USB-9233 device has a green LED beside the USB connector. The LED indicator demonstrates the device's status. When the device is associated with a USB port, the LED blinks steadily to show that the gadget is initialized and is getting power from the connection. If the LED is not blinking, it might imply that the gadget is not initialized, or the PC is in standby mode. For the gadget to be perceived, the gadget must be associated with a PC that has NI-DAQmx introduced on it. If the device is not blinking, ensure that the PC has the most recent adaptation of NI-DAQmx introduced on it and the PC is not in standby mode.
