National Instruments sbRIO-9852 C Series CAN Interface Module

The sbRIO-9852 is a C Series CAN Interface Module. The sbRIO-9852 is developed by National Instruments. The NI sbRIO-9852 module is a member of the C Series developed by National Instruments. The sbRIO-9852 module is configured as a Controller Area Network (CAN) Interface Module. The NI sbRIO-9852 CAN Interface Module is manufactured with two ports for interfacing to CompactRIO devices.

The National Instruments sbRIO-9852 C Series CAN Interface Module is a low-speed module. The sbRIO-9852 module is capable of tolerating faults that occur during operation time. The NI sbRIO-9852 module is designed as a non-enclosed structure. The sbRIO 9852 module is designed for applications based on FPGA controllers. The National Instruments sbRIO-9852 module can be used with the NI-RIO driver software on CompactRIO for FPGA applications. The sbRIO-9852 CAN Interface Module is structured as a non-enclosed module; therefore, the module is ideal for OEM applications. 

The NI sbRIO 9852 C Series CAN Interface Module is fabricated for low-level FPGA-based applications. These applications are used as controllers and triggers. These controllers and triggers can be programmed with the LabVIEW FPGA Module. The National Instruments sbRIO-9852 C Series CAN Interface Module is ideal for manipulating Controller Area Network frames by using the LabVIEW FPGA Module. The NI sbRIO-9852 CAN Interface Module is only compatible with the CompactRIO platform.

sbRIO-9852 Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the C Series CAN Interface Module will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
