National Instruments CVS-1459RT Compact Vision System 

Built to withstand harsh environments, the NI CVS-1459RT (Part Number: 784066-01) is a Compact Vision System designed for USB3 Vision® Compatible Cameras. In addition to a Quad-Core 1.91 GHz, Intel Atom processor, the CVS-1459RT has an integrated, user-configurable also. This model comes with redundant USB3 vision ports and each port operates with dedicated bandwidth. The NI CVS-1459RT comes with network connectivity and TTL digital I/O for machine vision applications.

This Compact Vision System is designed to run on the National Instruments Linux® Real-Time Operating System. The availability of an Ethernet port enables the CVS-1459RT to communicate with other devices and control systems over Ethernet. The National Instruments CVS-1459RT Compact Vision System has two USB 2.0 ports and two USB3 vision ports. Moreover, a VGA connector is also provided on the front panel. The user-reconfigurable FPGA in the CVS-1459RT enables you to achieve a customized I/O configuration that suits your requirements. You can save the different configuration as different hardware personalities in the form of bitfiles. Thus, the entire configuration process won’t be required each time because the required hardware personality can easily be loaded by loading the relevant bitfile.

The NI CVS-1459RT Compact Vision System comes with a digital I/O port that contains all the isolated inputs, isolated outputs, and bidirectional TTL lines. You can connect this 44-pin digital I/O port to any shielded connector block or device via a shielded cable. The two USB 2.0 ports provided can be used for attaching general mass-storage devices and other USB based peripherals.
