National Instruments FP-CTR-502 Counter Module

The FP-CTR-502 (Part Number: 777518-502) mounts on a FieldPoint backplane, which gives working capacity to the module. Introducing the FP-CTR-502 onto a controlled backplane does not disturb the activity of the FieldPoint bank. When the user links the FP-CTR-502 output to a remotely controlled sourcing-input gadget, they should keep in mind that the voltage connected to the VOUT terminal by the outside gadget must not surpass the voltage dimension of the power supply associated with the FP-CTR-502. If the assurance hardware recognizes a short out condition on a yield channel, it cripples the yield. If the security hardware debilitates an output that would be in the ON express, the status pointer for that channel stays lit, but the yield transistor will be off.

The FP-CTR-502 checks input channels and one output channel to create a consistent pulse train with a controllable obligation cycle and period. The NI FP-CTR-502 Counter Module has a wellbeing separation obstruction between the I/O channels and the between module correspondence transport. There is no separation between channels except if generally noted. If any of the channels on a module are wired at a dangerous potential, the user should ensure that every gadget or circuits associated with that module are legitimately protected from human contact.

The National Instruments FP-CTR-502 Counter Module has two green status LEDs, POWER and READY. After the user introduces the FP-CTR-502 onto a terminal base or backplane and applies capacity to the associated system module, the green POWER marker lights and the FP-CTR-502 notifies the system module of its quality.
