National Instruments FP-DO-DC200 Discrete Output Module

The FP-DO-DC200 is a FieldPoint Discrete Output Module. The FP-DO-DC200 is designed and manufactured by National Instruments. The part number of this dual-channel module is 778071-14. The output of the channels is discrete. The NI FP-DO-DC200 module features optical isolation. This Discrete Output Module can easily be mounted on a DIN rail. The FP-DO-DC200 is a plug-and-play module. HotPNP operation mode is a special feature of the module.  

The NI FP-DO-DC200 Discrete Output Module features fused output channels, which means that each channel of the module is equipped with a separate fuse. The National Instruments FP-DO-DC200 module also offers transient overvoltage protection. This Discrete Output Module can absorb up to 2300 V_rms voltage transients and surges without being damaged. Other features of the module include green LEDs dedicated for each channel of the module. These LEDs indicate the ON/OFF state of the channel.

The isolated design of the module makes it compatible with both sinking and sourcing modules. The voltage range of the FP-DO-DC200 is 4- 200 VDC.
