National Instruments 783625-01 PXI FPGA Module for FlexRIO

The National Instruments 783625-01 is the part number identifying the PXIe-7976 PXI FPGA Module for FlexRIO, which may also be found under the model name PXIe-7976R. This versatile module offers configurable I/O for LabVIEW FPGA- providing easy connection with FlexRIO adaptor modules. The 132 general-purpose channels of the  783625-01 can be configured as 66 differential pairs, 132 single-ended lines, or a combination of the two. The reconfigurable FPGA at the core of the module is a Kintex-7 XC7K410T, which comes equipped with 28,620 kbits of Embedded Block RAM. 

The 783625-01 boasts a variety of incredible features, including peer-to-peer streaming. This streaming capability transports data directly between FPGA modules or specific PXIe modules without needing to transfer data to the host CPU. As a result, the capabilities of the FPGA can be added to NI digitizers, or they can be stretched across multiple FPGAs for applications that are especially demanding.

Designed for use in a variety of environmental conditions, the 783625-01 operates within a temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C, and has a noncondensing operating relative humidity range for 10% to 90%. When in storage, the FPGA module can withstand an even wider temperature range of -20 °C to 70 °C, with a noncondensing relative humidity range of 5% to 95%. The dimensions of the 783625-01 measure 18.8 cm × 12.9 cm (7.4 in. × 5.1 in.),  and it weighs 190 g (6.7 oz) when excluding the connectors.
