National Instruments GPIB-SPRC-B IEEE 488 Interface Board

The GPIB-SPRC-B is a high-performance GPIB interface board. The GPIB-SPRC-B interface board is assembled by National Instruments. The NI GPIB-SPRC-B can be ordered with the part number 776789-01. The GPIB-SPRC-B board belongs to the GPIB Series of boards by National Instruments. The NI GPIB-SPRC-B board operates with NI-488.2 driver software. This Interface Board can be utilized with LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI for the suggested software.

The NI GPIB-SPRC-B is compatible with Solaris operating systems. The GPIB-SPRC-B Interface Board comprises the SB-GPIB/TNT board and NI-488.2 for Solaris. The SB-GPIB/TNT can be inserted in a one-width master SBus slot. Regular IEEE 488 cables can link the board to as many as 14 devices. More than one SB-GPIB/TNT board can be inserted in one computer to control multiple devices.

The National Instruments GPIB-SPRC-B has software-controlled options for configuration. The NI GPIB-SPRC-B does not need any jumpers.

This IEEE 488 Interface Board is developed to provide SBus DVMA data transfers. This board is built with the TNT4882C ASIC chip. The GPIB-SPRC-B can control signals for rendering services of quick GPIB events. The NI GPIB-SPRC-B Interface Board is manufactured with full software compatibility for all old versions of the SB-GPIB interface boards.

GPIB-SPRC-B Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the interface board will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
