National Instruments NI-3110RT Industrial Controller

Featured with a preloaded LabVIEW Real-Time operating system and a Dual-Core processor, the NI-3110RT (Part Number: 780310-33) is an Industrial Controller. This Industrial Controller comes with a specially designed software solution called Real-Time hypervisor. In the default hypervisor configuration, the NI-3110RT enables you to run two different types of operating systems simultaneously. Thus, you can run a conventional operating system (like Windows XP) on one core and a Real-Time operating system on the other core of the central processing unit. In this way, you can assign desired I/O devices to an operating system of your choice.

This Industrial Controller is designed to provide you with immense processing power, since it comes with 1 Gigabytes of DDR2 fixed RAM that can be increased with professional assistance. Unlike the standard versions, this real-time version of the NI-3110 is provided with a factory-installed solid-state drive. The National Instruments NI-3110RT Industrial Controller comes with a standard 3.5 mm audio jack and four Hi-Speed USB ports. You can achieve a broad range of configurations by using this controller in your industrial applications since it comes with 2 standard LAN ports.  

The LAN ports incorporated in this Industrial Controller support auto-negotiation. The NI-3110RT features dedicated hardware for graphics processing and supports multiple monitors. You can attach up to two monitors. Thus, this Industrial Controller can be a powerful solution for applications where HMIs are required. The USB ports incorporated in this Industrial Controller support a USB based keyboard, a mouse and other input devices.

NI-3110RT Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the Industrial Controller will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
