National Instruments PXI-6221 PXI Multifunction I/O Module

The PXI-6221 (Part numbers: 779629-01, 779113-01) is a PXI Multifunction I/O Module with16 AI (16 Bits, 250 kS/s), 16 AO, and 24 DIO. The NI PXI-6221 offers simple I/O, communication computerized I/O, two 32-bit counters/timers, and digital shots. Part number 779113-01 is the version of the PXI-6221 that is intended for use as a  SCXI Control of PXI/SCXI Combo Chassis. The PXI 6221 requires 1 shielded or unshielded cable and 1 connector block (either screw terminals or BNC termination) for operation. This Multifunction I/O Module has solid, minimal effort DAQ capacities in an extensive variety of uses, from basic applications in lab computerization, research, design verification/testing, and manufacturing testing. The user can also add the capacity for high voltage estimations and sensors to a gadget with SCC or SCXI signal conditioning modules. The NI-DAQmx driver and the included setup utility aid in making configurations and estimations easier. The device can be programmed using software packages/application development environments (ADEs) such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or Measurement Studio.

PXI-6221 Mature Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the module will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
