National Instruments 779656-01 Waveform Generator Device

National Instruments 779656-01 is the part number for the PCI-5402 Waveform Generator Device. Equipped with 14 bits of DAC resolution, it is able to generate a wide variety of waveforms- including sine, square, triangle, and arbitrary. By utilizing 512 kS of waveform memory, the 779656-01 can output highly detailed and precise waveforms that have up to 1 million data points. 

The 779656-01 is an efficient and reliable addition to a wide range of testing applications with a maximum waveform output rate of 20 MHz. The device has a maximum sample rate of 80 MS/s, as well as a maximum output amplitude that is in the range of ±4 V. The output offset of the device is typically in the range of ±1 V, with a maximum range of ±2 V.
