National Instruments PXIe-8105 PXI Controller

The PXIe-8105 (Part Numbers: 779710-00, 779710-01, 779711-00, and 779711-01) PXI Controller incorporates two strategies for reestablishing the original factory condition of the hard drive. Hard drive-based recovery stores a factory backup on a separate segment of the hard drive, enabling the user to reestablish the controller without extra media. The NI PXIe-8105 Controller also has an OS Recovery CD available that enables the user to reinstall the working framework on their hard drive through an outer complement USB CD/DVD-ROM.

For applications that are processing two threads, the CPU puts the two unused cores into an idle state and expands the dynamic core's clock frequency from 12.3 to 3.2 GHz. For applications utilizing four threads, the CPU increments from 2.3 to 3.1 GHz. Turbo Boost gives execution increments to a wide range of utilizations and can fundamentally lessen 11 times for applications that are processor-intensive.

The PXIe-8105 will consequently perceive the ExpressCard and load the proper driver(s). Third-party cards may require that the user introduces extra drivers. The NI PXIe-8105 Controller incorporates a preinstalled OS. At times, the user might need to introduce an alternate OS.

This model comes with load setup defaults. This setting reestablishes all BIOS settings to the factory default. This is valuable if the controller displays erratic conduct because of off base or wrong BIOS settings. Notice that any non-default settings, such as boot request, passwords, and keyboardless tasks are reestablished to their production line defaults. This may deliver undesirable conduct, and in heavily customized cases, may make the controller malfunction or fail to boot.
