National Instruments PXIe-2737 PXI Matrix Switch Module

The NI PXIe-2737 (Part Number: 782835-37) is a high-density 4x64 PXI Matrix Switch Module built for automated test and measurement. This module uses electromechanical relays to perform immediate switch operations. The PXIe-2737 has features that monitor the health of deployed systems and plan for predictive maintenance.  These include onboard relay count tracking, a temperature sensor, and functional and resistive relay self-tests. These high-performance features make it easy for users to handle complex applications in industries such as consumer electronics, aerospace, and defense.

The NI PXIe-2737 has 1- and 2-wire options, 544 crosspoints maximum in one PXI slot, and up to 150 V or 2 A. The PXIe-2737 comes with an interactive soft front panel, API support for LabVIEW, and textbased languages. It also features Electromechanical, Reed, solid state, and FET relay options, offering users the flexibility to choose a matrix that fits their unique requirements.

The NI PXIe-2737 PXI Matrix Switch Module has a relative humidity range of 10% to 90% (noncondensing) in an operating environment. The random vibration while operating/non-operating is between 5 Hz and 500 Hz, 0.3 g_rms and 5 Hz and 500 Hz, 2.4g_rms, respectively. The typical and maximum relay operating time is 1 ms and 3.3 ms, respectively.

This module has a maximum switching voltage of 100 V (channel-to-channel) and 100 V, CAT O (channel-to-ground). The PXIe 2737 is designed to carry signal voltages less than 70 V_rms, 100 V_pk, or 100 VDC and can withstand up to 500 V impulse voltage.
