National Instruments PXIe-4113 PXI Programmable Power Supply

The National Instruments PXIe‑4113 (Part Number: 782857-02) is a 2-Channel, 10 V, 6 A PXI Programmable DC Power Supply with isolated outputs. The NI PXIe‑4113 simplifies the process of designing automated test systems for a wide range of applications, such as aerospace, defense, automotive, and component test by eradicating the need to mix multiple instrumentation form factors in a given test rack. The PXIe-4113 has one quadrant with two output channels that are capable of identical output. The Power Supply’s channels are isolated from each other and from chassis ground.

This PXI Programmable Power Supply features standard output disconnect functionality that allows isolation from the device under test (DUT) when not in use, as well as remote sense to correct for losses in the system wiring. The NI PXIe-4113 supplies programmable DC power for applications, such as characterization, design validation, and manufacturing test.

The PXIe-4113 has a DC voltage range of 10 V and a minimum programmable voltage level/ limit of 0.03 V. DC current range is 6 A and minimum programmable current level is 0.02 A. This model’s output power is 60 W/channel. For auxiliary power input line regulation, the voltage is 0.2 mV and current is 0.5 mA.

The NI PXIe‑4113 has a maximum output lead drop of 1 v drop per lead maximum and a maximum sense lead resistance of 1 Ω per lead. For both operating and non-operating modes, the random vibration is from 5 Hz to 500 Hz, 0.3 grms, and 5 Hz to 500 Hz, 2.4 grms, respectively.
