National Instruments PXIe-4147 Source Measure Unit

The PXIe-4147 (Part number: 786888-01) is a Source Measure Unit from National Instruments. Designed specifically for applications with high pin counts, the 4 channels of this device are each equipped with remote four-wire sensing capabilities, allowing for incredibly precise current and voltage readings.
