National Instruments PXI-8422/4 PXI Serial Interface Module

The National Instruments PXI-8422/4 (Part Number: 777736-04) is a 4-Port, Isolated, RS-232 Interface Module. This module incorporates a breakout box that associates with the SCSI 100-stick connector on the module and ends in four standard DB-9 male connectors.

 This model is an elite interface for rapid, port-to-port segregated communications with RS-232 gadgets. It includes superior DMA exchanges, multithreading, and a multiprocessor bolster. NI serial interfaces also show up as standard COM ports for similarity with programs that use serial communications.

The NI PXI-8422/4 RS-232 Interface Module comes with the TCP/IP communication convention, which handles all communications between the serial gadget server and the host PC that keeps running on inner firmware in the serial gadget server. In a common system, one transmission line associates the bus master with all the slave receivers.

PXI-8422/4 Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the module will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
