National Instruments PXI-8432/4 PXI Serial Interface Module

The PXI-8432/4 (Part Number: 779538-01) 4 Port, Isolated RS-232, Serial Interface Module allows the user to introduce and utilize the USB-232 and USB-485 as standard serial ports from the user’s current applications or with applications composed with NI-VISA. In addition, the 2-port and 4-port adaptations of the USB-232 incorporate programming selectable DTE or DCE handset modes and a programmed handset identification mode, also known as Auto232. The NI PXI-8432/4 comes with Ethernet interfaces. National Instruments ENET-232 and ENET-485 serial gadget servers interface Ethernet 100BaseTX (100 Mb/s) or 10BaseT (10 Mb/s) Ethernet systems to non-concurrent serial ports for communication with serial gadgets.
