National Instruments ALMA-10201 SLSC UEGO Simulator

The National Instruments ALMA-10201 (Part Number: 786924-01) is a Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensors Simulator. The NI ALMA-10201 is compatible with various PXI and CompactPCI modules. This SLSC UEGO Simulator is widely used in the automotive industry where engine performance is optimized by the analysis of exhaust gases and oxygen. The NI ALMA-10201 is an SLSC module and can be used with any National Instruments SLSC Chassis. 

The National Instruments ALMA-10201 SLSC UEGO Simulator has 2 channels to provide 2 sensors to interface with complete isolation. The isolation characteristics of this SLSC UEGO Simulator allow the interconnection of multiple UEGO controllers to a single module without interference and grounding issues. The NI ALMA-10201 is designed to provide a comprehensive simulation of the oxygen sensor. With this SLSC UEGO Simulator, you will be able to simulate both the reference cell and pump cell electrical characteristics in a single simulation. 

The target pumping temperature and current can be set via analog voltage values or the SLSC communication bus. This module comes with 2 D-SUB 9-pin female connectors called UEGO 1 and UEGO 2. Each of these connects can provide connectivity between the device under test and a single oxygen sensor simulator. The 2 hard metric female connectors provided on the rear side of the ALMA-10201 are called XJ1 and XJ2. XJ1 connects this module to the SLSC Chassis, while the XJ2 connector is an RTI connector used to provide connectivity between the simulator module and the analog control signals.
