National Instruments ISC-1776 Smart Camera

The NI ISC-1776 is a monochrome, IP 67 rated, Smart Camera from National Instruments. This model can provide you with 1600 x 1200 pixel images at an acquisition rate of 15 fps. The ISC-1776 is known for its versatile connectivity options. This Smart Camera has 4 sinking digital inputs and 4 sourcing digital outputs. For communicating with external devices and controllers, the NI ISC-1776 has integrated Gigabit Ethernet and RS232 controllers. Users can connect a conventional or USB based external display monitors with this Smart Camera, since it comes with a VGA video out port. For onboard storage of images and firmware, the ISC-1776 comes equipped with a 2 GB solid-state storage.

The NI ISC-1776 features a Sony ICX274AL CCD sensor. This sensor has an optical format of 1/1.8. This industrial Smart Camera can accept a broad range of accessories that are not offered in standard packages. You can always go for splitting cables, tripods, and mounting brackets according to your requirements. Moreover, the default factory-installed sensor of the National Instruments ISC-1776 Smart Camera can also be replaced without any external assistance. This industrial Smart Camera can easily be networked with the user’s existing network infrastructure, employing a simple CAT-5 Ethernet cable. However, you cannot install the Ethernet cable directly to your imaging device since it has an M12 Ethernet connector. The NI ISC-1776 can be installed and operated in environments where the temperature should remain between 0 °C to 50 °C.
