National Instruments MON-10467 Vibration Measurement Device

The MON-10467 is a 12-Channel Wireless Vibration Measurement Device. The NI MON-10467 is a product made by National Instruments. The MON-10467 is capable of connecting a maximum of 12 sensors wirelessly without power or network conduit. National Instruments has introduced two wireless monitoring devices that eliminate extensive wiring requirements. The MON-10467 and MON-10469 are two wireless technologies introduced by NI for wireless data transmission to the InsightCM server. Both wireless devices maintain data acquisition at a high level.

The NI MON-10467 device works wirelessly as compared to the MON-10469. The MON-10467 transfers data to the MON-10496 wirelessly. The NI MON-10467 is controlled by the accelerometer and tachometer sensors. The MON-10401 replacement battery pack is used to provide power to the MON-10467. Third-party accessories like proximity probe drivers can also be used with the MON-10467 (AC) and MON-10467 (DC). Only a maximum of two proximity probe drivers can be installed per device.

The NI MON-10467 operates at 10 kHz frequency. The MON-10467 works with a lithium battery. Both DC and AC variants are available to support the application’s requirements. The NI MON-10467 is supported by 24 V DC, as well as 120/220 V AC variants. The MON-10467 is developed with a rugged enclosure that can help for outdoor usage. The NI MON-10467 contains a built-in mounting flange. The MON-10467 has a data buffer rate of 5 s per channel. InsightCM software versions 3.4 or later are used to configure the NI MON-10467.

MON-10467 Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the device will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
