The Tektronix 11801C Digital Sampling Oscilloscope offers the greatest scope of on-board estimation and waveform processing abilities of any multi-Gigahertz scope. With amazing estimation repeatability, outstanding vertical resolution, and a quick display update rate, the 11801C is an effective estimation device for semiconductor testing, TDR characterization of circuit boards, IC packages and links, and fast digital data communications. 

The secluded microprocessor-based architecture of the 11801C not only enables the user to choose the correct setup for their application, yet in addition enables expandability to meet future estimation needs. The Tektronix 11801C acknowledges up to 4 double channel inspecting heads and can be extended through the SM-11 Multichannel Units to 136 channels. Any number of window records might be set on any number of main records, up to a maximum of 8 displayed traces. All window records have a similar length; however, they may be autonomously situated on any main record. Windows might be set to consequently track a moving edge on the main record.
