Particularly intended for communications applications, the Tektronix CSA803C Communications Signal Analyzer is the perfect apparatus for the design and evaluation of datacomm/telecomm elements, transceiver subassemblies, and transmission frameworks. The CSA803C Oscilloscope creates estimation results, not just raw data, with time and voltage histograms, mask testing, and statistical pulse parameter estimations. It has a communications-tailored estimation set that incorporates jitter, noise, duty cycle, overshoot, undershoot, extinction ratio, and amplitude estimations. In addition, the mask testing of SDH/SONET, Fiber Channel, and different standards improves compliance testing. A full color display mode allows the user to segregate waveform subtle elements.
