DPO2000

The DPO2000 Oscilloscope series designed by Tektronix is comprised of the DPO2024, DPO2012, and DPO2014. These oscilloscopes aid in confirming, debugging, and characterizing electronic designs. Some of the greatest features of the DPO2000 series are: the bandwidth of 200 MHz (DPO2024) or 100 MHz (DPO2012 and DPO2014), two (DPO2012) or four (DPO2014 and DPO2024) channels, depending on the model, sample rates as fast as 1 GS/s on analog channels, a waveform capture rate of 5,000 waveforms/second, and a record length of 1 M points on each channel. The DPO2000 Oscilloscope series also has the option to utilize the USBTMC protocol to operate the oscilloscope through a PC, by using the USB 2.0 Device port. The Tektronix DPO2000 models contain 29 automated measurements, including: Period, Delay, Rise Time, Frequency, Positive Duty Cycle, Fall Time, Positive Pulse Width, Phase, Burst Width, and many more useful measurements to satisfy the user.

The DPO2000 models each have a 7-inch color display screen, measure 7.1 x 4.9 x 5.3 inches, only weigh around 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and are small and compact enough to easily transport. The Tektronix DPO2000 Oscilloscope models in this series have a recommended operating temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees C.
