Tektronix DPO3054 Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope

The DPO3054 is a reliable mixed signal oscilloscope from Tektronix with 500 MHz analog bandwidth (-3dB). The DPO3054 has a calculated rise time of 700 ps at 5 mv/div, typical and a maximum 5 M points record length. This feature captures the event of interest among thousands of serial packets and ensures high resolution with focus on signal details. The DPO3054 comes with a complete set of triggers, including: logic, pulse width/glitch, and setup/hold violation. It also offers serial packet and parallel data. It ensures quick event capturing.

The Tektronix DPO3054 also offers integrated support for a range of serial buses, such as I2C, SPI, MIL-STD-1553, CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, RS-232/422/485/UART, and I2S/LJ/RJ/TDM. It also has the capability to provide auto decode in many data formats. It allows decoding of up to two serial and/or parallel buses at the same time. This feature ensures smooth and quick troubleshooting of system problems. The DPO3054 also offers control of both zooming and panning with two-tier front-panel control. The inner control adjusts the zoom factor (or zoom scale) and helps the user set the higher and lower zoom factors. The outer control pans the zoom box across the waveform to reach the event of interest.

The Tektronix DPO3054 has a Play/Pause button on the front panel to scroll the waveform. There are also user marks and search marks options on the front panel for the user to set the mark and search through the long acquisition for user-defined events. The DPO3054 comes with digital phosphor technology as well, which ensures fast insight into the real operation of the device. The DPO3054 also comes with many waveform styles, including vectors, dots, variable persistence, and infinite persistence.
