DPO4000

The Tektronix DPO4000 series of Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes is ideal for video design and debugging, industrial control, biomedical product development, electromechanical design and assessment, manufacturing tests and quality control, spectral analysis, automotive electronics design and debugging, and power measurements. This series comes equipped with: models with four channels, a waveform capture rate of 50,000 wfms/s, a 5 GS/s sample rate on each channel, an HDTV and custom video trigger function, innovative trigger functions, and a USB and CompactFlash on the front panel for convenient storage access. The DPO4000 series has a unique function; it can be operated with the Tektronix TLA5000 series logic analyzer with Tektronix Integrated View feature (iView). This feature allows digital designers to figure out signal integrity complications and fully confirm and debug their systems with ease and speed. The users can then discover analog characteristics of digital signals that are creating errors.

The Tektronix DPO4000 digital phosphor oscilloscopes each have a large 10.4-inch color display screen, measure 5.4 inches deep, and only weigh 11 pounds. These oscilloscopes may be small and lightweight, but they are high-performing modules that will give any user the swift, accurate measurements they need.
