Tektronix DPO4102B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope

The Tektronix DPO4102B is a 2-channel, 1 GHz, 20M record length digital phosphor oscilloscope. This model is designed to collect samples at a rate of 5 GS/s on either one or two channels simultaneously. It is a powerful oscilloscope with a suite of advanced triggers and accurate high-speed probing. This model has a compact portable form factor. With a depth of only 147 mm, it saves the user with valuable space on the test bench.

This model can operate with 350 ps Calculated Rise Time 5 mV/div (typical), 1 MΩ ±1%, 50 Ω ±1% input impedance, 1 mV/div to 10 V/div input sensitivity at 1 MΩ, and 1 mV/div to 1 V/div input sensitivity at 50 Ω. The oscilloscope offers ±1.5% (derated at 0.10%/°C above 30 °C) DC gain accuracy and 8 bits vertical resolution.

To acquire measurements and data from the Tektronix DPO4102B, the user merely needs a standard USB cable. To enable fast, direct, and secure communication with their Windows-based personal computer, applications such as OpenChoice®Desktop, NI LabVIEW SignalExpress™ Tektronix Edition are available. This model has four USB host ports and a dedicated USB device port for remote controlling of the oscilloscope or for connecting other USB based peripherals.

The Tektronix DPO4102B is designed to operate with a broad range of trigger modes, such as Pulse Width, Timeout, Logic, Runt, Edge, etc. In addition, in video trigger mode this model can trigger on all lines or all fields on PAL, NTSC, and SECAM video signals.
