DPO5000B

The DPO5000B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series designed by Tektronix is equipped to give excellent signal analysis and signal acquisition. The models in this series offer varying bandwidth lengths of 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, or 2 GHz and a maximum 2 GS/s real-time sample rate on one or two channels at a time, and 5 GS/s on each of the four channels. The megapoint record length can go as high as 250 with the MultiView zoom feature on DPO5000B Oscilloscopes. With FastAcq acquisition, a 250,000 wfms/s waveform capture rate can be achieved. The Tektronix DPO5000B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series has an astounding 53 automated measurements and an option to evaluate memory, advanced jitter, serial data, power, and Wideband RF.

DPO5000B Oscilloscopes have Windows-based analysis software installed on each model. Every Tektronix DPO5000B model has a remote capability through either the Windows Remote Desktop or the Tektronix OpenChoice software. Furthermore, this series contains many useful optional functions the user can operate as well, such as: DDR memory bus analysis, Vector signal analysis, Power analysis, Protocol triggering and analysis, and a serial bus compliance test. These optional functions aid in making the Tektronix DPO5000B series go above and beyond traditional oscilloscopes.
