MDO4000C
The Tektronix MDO4000C Mixed Domain Oscilloscope models are an advanced type of oscilloscope with 6 different instruments in one: a spectrum analyzer, arbitrary/function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, and DVM/frequency counter. The Tektronix MDO4000C series is ideal for design and debugging, RF design and integration, education, and EMI and wireless troubleshooting. This series will allow the user to resolve difficult design problems swiftly and competently. The MDO4000C series can be customized and upgraded at any time, according to the user’s ever-evolving requirements. There is an option to upgrade the bandwidth as high as 1 GHz. One of the great software features for the Tektronix MDO4000C models is the OpenChoice Desktop software, which allows a Windows PC and the oscilloscope to connect by a USB or LAN. This makes it easy to move files and save settings, waveforms, measurements, and even screen images.
The Tektronix MDO4000C series has a sample rate as fast as 5 GS/s, a record length of 20 M on each channel, a waveform capture rate greater than 340,000 wfm/s, and a frequency range of 9 kHz-3 GHz or 9kHz-6GHz, depending on the model. There are also 16 optional digital channels and four analog channels on each model.
