MSO2000
Tektronix designed the MSO2000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series to swiftly and efficiently debug mixed signal designs. The series boasts as high as 200 MHz bandwidth and a sample rate of 1GS/s. The MSO2000 series is ideal because it has high-performance features at a low cost. A few of the unique features of the MSO2000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series are the multichannel setup and hold triggering, along with automated triggering, decoding, and searching on parallel buses. The Tektronix MSO2000 Oscilloscopes have a USB 2.0 host port on the front of each model for convenient storage, a USB 2.0 device port on the back panel to connect to a PC or a PictBridge-compatible printer, along with the option for a 10/100 Ethernet port and video output port to connect to an external projector or monitor.
The models in the MSO2000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series have a 7.1 inch color display. There are 29 automated measurements available on each device in the series. One of the specifications of the Tektronix MSO2000 series is the waveform capture rate of 5,000 wfm/s at the most. Each model has 2 or 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, with a record length of 1 Megapoint on every channel.
