MSO3000

The Tektronix MSO3000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series has the power to assess as many as 20 analog and digital signals at a time to swiftly discover errors in complicated designs. For this series, the most useful specifications to know are that the highest bandwidth capacity is 500 MHz (MSO3054), while the record length is 5 M points on each channel. The MSO3012 and MSO3014 have a bandwidth of 100 MHz and the MSO3032 and MSO3034 have a bandwidth of 300 MHz. There are two and four analog channel options, depending on the model, 16 digital channels, a sample rate of 2.5 GS/s on each channel, and a waveform capture rate of at least 50,00 wfm/s.

The Tektronix MSO3000 series also offers options for HDTV and custom video analysis and power analysis. The Tektronix MSO3000 models are equipped with 29 automated measurements, have 9 inch TFT color display screens, a display resolution of 800 horizontal x 480 vertical pixels, weigh 9.2 pounds approximately, and measure 8 x 16.4 x 5.8 inches. The standard operating temperature for this series is recommended at +32 to 122 degrees F.
