MSO5000

 The Tektronix MSO5000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series has models with 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, or 2 GHz. The real-time sample rate on one or two channels is as fast as 10 GS/s, while the record length is 250 megapoints while utilizing the MultiView zoom feature. Every model in the Tektronix MSO5000 series has 16 digital channels available and a FastFrame segmented memory acquisition mode. This mode has a waveform capture rate of at least 310,000 wfm/s. The MSO5000 Oscilloscopes have a 10.4 inch display screen with a touchscreen, weigh less than 15 pounds, and are about 8.12 inches deep.

A few of the best features of the Tektronix MSO5000 series include: the Wave Inspector controls (allows the user to find their way through their data with ease), the MyScope custom control windows (enables the user to personalize their menus to better suit their measurement requirements), and the TekVPI probe interface (supports different probe types for units and automated scaling). The Tektronix MSO5000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes can also perform 53 automated measurements; eight can be shown on the display screen at a time.
