TBS1000

The Tektronix TBS1000 Series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are tiny, benchtop instruments that only weigh 4.4 pounds and can be utilized for ground-referenced measurements. Every oscilloscope in the series has a color LCD display screen and features such as: probe check wizard, a 2,500 point record length for every channel, autoranging and autoset features, setup and waveform storage, and 16 automatic measurements. The USB host port allows the user to store instrument settings, waveform information, and screenshots quickly. These oscilloscopes can also easily be connected to a PC with the back-panel USB device port. Each digital storage oscilloscope in the series has either 2 or 4 channels, a bandwidth varying from 25 MHz to 150 MHz, and a sample rate of either 500 MS/s or 1 GS/s, depending on the model.

The Tektronix TBS1000 Series is equipped to meet the requirements of schools and universities. These oscilloscopes have the same interface as the Tektronix TDS Oscilloscope Family, ensuring that students can learn how to function the most popular oscilloscope platform. After a signal is captured, advanced triggers including pulse width, video, and rising/falling edge, aid the user in swiftly singling out the signals of interest.
