Tektronix TDS1012 Digital Storage Oscilloscope

The Tektronix TDS1012 is a 100 MHz Bandwidth, 2-Channel Digital Storage Oscilloscope equipped with 11 automatic measurements, FFT, and context-sensitive integrated help. Its Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) function for mathematical operations enables the user to troubleshoot, characterize, and assess circuits by looking at the signal strength and frequency. This model is an ultra-lightweight (2 kg) portable oscilloscope with brilliant features, unmatched ease-of-use, and superior performance.

In addition to the typical trigger modes, this model includes advanced trigger modes, such as Line Selectable Video Trigger and Pulse Width Trigger. As far as the measurement systems are concerned, it can be used for the time, max, min, period, and frequency measurements. For waveform processing, it offers addition, subtraction, and other advanced FFT Operations.

The TDS1012 Digital Storage Oscilloscope comes with a Monochrome 1/4 VGA with adjustable contrast. The user can also select inverse video from the front panel. This model supports Dots and Vectors display types in XY and YT format. It has two kinds of cursors, which are voltage and time.

The Tektronix TDS1012 can acquire data at the rate of 1.0 GS/s on each channel, which means there will be no effect of the simultaneous acquisition on the sampling rate. For acquisition, this instrument provides various modes including Peak Detect, Average, and Single Sequence Mode. The TDS1012 Digital Storage Oscilloscope can acquire data with AC, DC, and GND Input Couplings at ±3% DC vertical accuracy and 50 ppm timebase accuracy. It also offers a 2.5 K point record length.
